Everything from going on adventures with my friends and spending Sundays with family to chasing real estate deals and traveling to Mexico to build tiny homes, I’m building my dream life. It isn’t just about the money and success, but it’s how you make that money and success matter. Without my family, I wouldn’t be the man I am. Without faith I wouldn’t be standing here today. Chris Ford grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, the youngest of 4 kids. After earning his real estate license at 18, Chris sold roughly $10m in residential homes during his first two years of college. While attending the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, Chris earned his Broker’s license and transitioned to commercial real estate. For several years thereafter, Chris worked in investment management for Mosser Capital, a best-in-class real estate private equity firm and one of the largest owners of apartment buildings in the SF Bay Area. After $340M in commercial real estate investment experience, he left finance in early 2021 to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors serving clients at the highest levels in both luxury real estate sales and commercial investments.

When Chris is not working, he enjoys competing in triathlons (2019 Ironman Santa Rosa finisher), world travel, reading, smoking Cuban cigars, and spending time with his family.
